Problems:

The Spa parts are falling apart.

Wheel won’t turn.

Solution:

The Spa was incorrectly assembled. When assembling the back wheel /panel, make sure you line up the notch on the round purple panel with the t-shaped ridge on the tub. Slide the purple panel down the ridge until it reaches the end.

When assembling the purple hood, make sure you line up the tabs on the hood with the slots on the tub. Press firmly until they snap into place. Make sure there are no gaps between the hood and the tub.

When assembling the clear front panel, place the clear round panel in front of the pink wheel and press firmly to snap into the five grooves located on tub and underside of hood.

Problem:

The purple spout is falling out.

Solution:

Make sure to line up the groove in the spout with the top slat in the clear plastic panel. Press down firmly.

Problem:

Hand bowls are loose or tilted up.

The bowls fall out when I place my feet in the tub.

Solution:

Remove hand bowls before placing feet in the tub.
