Mood Lamp Troubleshooting Guide
Problem:
The Mood Lamp does not light up all the way.
Solution:
Make sure you have inserted the plastic light stick into the Mood Lamp. This was taped to the side of the Mood Lamp in the packaging. It should be placed on the bottom of the Lamp before inserting the Orbeez. If you do not have a light stick, please call Customer Service at 1.800.843.6292.
